My wife Arysta, just 3minute walk from our new home in White Rock, BC!
It has been over a year, since I had forecasted, that I would provide my opinion on ‘the world factors’ leading to selecting the ‘correct’ place to live for the next 20-60 years. Finally!! Here it is! Enjoy! This has been one of my passionate research projects that has occupied my thoughts daily and will continue to do so! This particular process has radically change how I see people, places and, actually, had me move Arysta and I over 1200km! Here we go…..
We need the awareness that this planet, like all closed systems, shares and distributes its gaseous and liquid elements in a seemingly chaotic, but in fact, very logical process, governed by mathematics and physical systems. These systems are all interconnected in a fashion that requires more than one huge metrological essay, but let us allow me to summarize these detailed works, and provide you, with this blog post instead. This blog is a concise and accurate ‘Adam’s notes’ version of the factors I could identify as being worth analyzing and applicable to the human condition, and our vital survival.
My shocking first take home point, and somewhat of a permanent eye opener on this location chat is Global Distillation:
This global scale process of deposition and re-circulation of the heaviest and most volatile (toxic) substances onto the polar regions is something that will require decades of analysis, but it is the most relevant and troubling point of living in a more ‘polar’ zone. Not only are people in those zones exposed to much less sunlight, rarely have infrared sweat, but they also are receiving the concentration of the entire related (north or south) hemisphere most toxic compounds, recirculating and depositing into their soils, foods and bodies.
What does this mean for us? We must MOVE to regions that are WARMER in temperature and lower indexes of latitude (closer to the equator) that are not receiving direct streams of global distillation. These areas do not directly receive overt arctic cold fronts. These areas supply enough infrared heat to have the population breaking a light sweat while doing regular daily living activities (if not, daily infrared sauna is essential to well being).
Human health is incredibly dependent upon nutrition and environmental factors, beyond our current awareness. Humans occupy the ultimate, ‘top spot’, in the food chain and therefore are the ultimate potential biological accumulators of natural or man made heavy elements, radioactive compounds, complex compounds and petrochemicals. The air we breath, substances we put on our skin and foods we eat greatly influence our cellular systems, to a degree which makes this blog post the most important point in our vital survival.
The reason I would take on these points so rigorously, is the underlying truth of mammalian biological transfer from generation to generation. The older mammal organism transfers the most ‘heavy’ and dense materials through the human reproductive system’s into the seminal emissions, into the uterus wall, through placental circulation, and through blood to breast milk transmutation. Our next generation is grown as a significant concentration of the composition of that reproducing organism. The placenta and breast tissue deliver pollution and nutrition within the same flow, and therefore we must select ideal locations that produce the finest foods to reproduce considerately, giving our progeny the best opportunity to thrive.
Locations that have relatively clean air, scientifically confirmed pure and safe water and have the potential to grow the correct nutritional components to support strong complex life, have become very rare as industrialization has polluted, literally, every corner of our planet.

It’s all in the dose, distance, and relative concentrations of either pollutants or hopefully the correct elements, that determine cellular health and longevity. The modern person already has been exposed to large amounts of leaded gas, air born mercury emissions from coal burning power plants, incredible vehicular pollution and air nuclear weapons testing on a scale that no one could ever consider. Even if this would not seem true when you look outside, ask your parents several questions about where they lived, what they touched or even the amalgam fillings they had and you have more of potent concentration of that inside your cells than your parents have. This all being true, there are areas of the world that are so damaged, so toxic, that living close to them means pain, suffering, infertility and most certainly death. It is, in the awareness of the truth, of the industrialization, that we can start to conceive how valid and important location is. Sad and true, and growing every day:
Noril'sk Russia: Mining and smelting began in Noril'sk in the 1930s, and the city now houses the world's largest smelting complex for heavy metals. Snow is often blackened with pollution, the air tastes of sulfur, and the life expectancy is up to ten years lower than the Russian average, the institute reported.
Linfen, China: sits at the center of China's prodigious coal industry, which is largely unregulated by the government. Residents describe choking on coal dust, and local health clinics have reported an upsurge in bronchitis, pneumonia, and lung cancer, according to the institute.
Chernobyl, Ukraine: More than 1,300 Soviet military helicopters, buses, bulldozers, and other equipment were used and contaminated while responding to the April 26, 1986 nuclear accident at Chernobyl. The disaster's residual effects and its potential for future environmental and health damage has landed Chernobyl on the New York-based Blacksmith Institute's 2007 list of the ten most polluted sites. A hundred times more radiation was released during the meltdown of Chernobyl's reactor than was contained in the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The event created a spike in thyroid cancers among children and led to innumerable respiratory ailments, infertility cases, and birth defects in local residents. Today a 19-mile (31-kilometer) exclusion zone around the reactor remains largely deserted.
And please realize that governments are making decisions closer to home for reasons of economics and not human vitality. The destruction of the environment is mirrored in the children’s health of the people living in that environment. My own wife was born on the shores of Lake Erie in Ontario. Unfortunately, Lake Erie has been and continues to be a toxic dump zone for industry on both sides of the border:

Returning to our goal of this ‘positional selection’ is to allow our bodies to have relatively low concentrations of pollution and high concentrations of nutrients. The food sources with the most abundant brain selective nutrients (to be discussed in future blogs) must be in local proximity, and I mean no further than a walk or a quick canoe ride. The new cool thing occurring with everyone’s EARTH minded energy is to say, ‘get ‘local’ foods’. It is a simple idea, however if local means ‘wheat and cattle on highly fortified salt and mineral blocks’, with no ocean in sight, than its time to pack up the teepee and get the wagon loaded……. Cause its time to move to where all the life is.
Humans require relatively moist and clean air to allow our lungs to appropriately filter and exchange gases to maintain our oxygen saturation and our CO2 gradients in healthy ranges.
First and foremost: AIR purity, humidity, velocity, temperature, and composition. (Air is simply a mix of water vapors and gaseous essential elements… insert Ion Effect and all its wonder here!...you can trace back in the AIR Training Blog to find the post on negative ions and your health)
Proximity to emission sources (forest fires, volcanoes, and man made industrial production or accident), altitude, and proximity to large bodies of water are the most important causative factors that influence our AIR for health and longevity.
A supposed perfect location can be changed into a disaster zone, instantly;
- If a coal fire power plant opens its furnaces to emit detectable and biologically significant amounts of mercury
- If it is in immediate fall out zone of a nuclear power plant
- If the dormant volcano decides to erupt
- If the persistent drought creates a local forest fire
- If someone decides to fly airplanes or jets at a low altitude
- If someone decides to open a new interstate highway there.
This does not mean that one needs to avoid zones close to volcanoes as those regions have a potential to contain, the most nutrient dense soils allowing the most powerful foods to grow. However one would consider living up wind and out of a fall out range from a volcano. These points above would mean we would naturally NOT want to establish a long term residence in a location close ‘proximity’ to nuclear power stations, ‘proximity’ to coal burning power plants, ‘proximity’ to known forest fire hazards. Each person can make their own choice how close they want to walk and live near these hazards, generally speaking, the further away the better.
For example, a couple nuclear power stations that I would not be ‘comfortable’ living near to:

Air masses change density, composition and velocity when they meet large bodies of water or other air masses with different temperature and pressure. Combine all this excitement with altitude changes and different ocean temperatures flows, and we need a 4 year purely metrological study to actually understand all of the amazing factors creating hail, snow, wind, bone dry and damp weather conditions. I have read endlessly on this subject and here are my primary conclusions:
LIVE LOW: Meaning live close sea level conditions to receive the wonderful benefit of the balanced temperature ranges that a huge and close body of water provides. You see huge bodies of water hold their temperature very consistently, day to day, and month to month. The relative influence of huge bodies of water on the connected air masses create many wonderful positive points: great to breath and very comfortable for human biological temperature systems to function.
If you live at a higher elevation the temperatures are colder and the temperature changes are faster and more extreme, everyday and every season. This is do to the distance from an ocean or large body of water, based off the influence of air masses higher that are colder and moving much faster than the wind on the ground. Also notable with high elevation living, is the increased background radiation effect of being closer to the sun! Any amazing cool part of being ‘high’ is increased sunshine, however that means more UV and ionizing radiation (~7% per 1000ft); both of which are all AOK, but more like ‘treat’ or maybe a weekend retreat, rather than something you want every day.
EXERCISE HIGH: There are many well documented beneficial results from working ones system in higher elevation zones, and also uncountable personal accounts of the benefits of mountain climbing and exercising in the higher altitude areas. The carbon dioxide is more plentiful in the higher elevation areas and this is actually very beneficial for humans to maintain strong bone mass and also maintain a strong carbon dioxide gradient in the lungs and tissues (you need this for oxygen to work at the lung and cells) Altitude delivers the mystical ‘tree line’, where plants are even unable to survive. Add in latitude temperature and humidity effects and the ‘tree line’ actually ranges tremendously from place to place (warmer, more tropical locations have higher tree lines): the tree line is only 1600ft above sea level zone in Scotland and 17100ft above sea level in Bolivia! This tree line zone shows a ‘too cold’ and ‘too low moisture’ combination where trees are even incapable of living! No animals can really survive continuously at that elevation or any elevation approaching the tree line with optimism and contentment. A human at an inland and elevated home requires someone to truck in loads of salt, loads of trace sea minerals in the form of seafoods, and lay in a sauna or seek out excessive volumes of exhaustive exercise in hot room. As a general recommendation, I would not recommend living within an index of within 1000ft of the local tree line, as that place is simply too cold and too dry for plants to survive, and is certainly not a nice place to live for complex warm blooded mammals!! However it is a joy to have a range of mountains for exploration, exercise and getting a good view of your wonderful seaside home! Seed in locations that are warm, seaside and have large mountain ranges very close by.
Humans require immense amounts of fresh water and even more staggering amounts of nutrition to run our complex organ systems. The multiple daily deliveries of nutrient dense and healthy mineral rich foods are essential to proper brain processes, correct endocrine gland function, homeostatic control of cellular temperature, and accurate phase 1/2 liver functions. All of these points are location and environmentally driven as the air, water, and soil in one region is radically different from another region due to proximity to man made current or former industrial production, distance from volcanoes and of course distance from bodies of water.
The sea birds in one region will eat shellfish and poop onto the inland soils within a reasonable distance, an amazing composition of nutrients from the ocean. The inland birds in another region will eat McDonalds and poop some GMO wastes and industrial chemicals into the farmer’s fields. Pick locations carefully.
Now onto mother nature herself giving us a hiccup or two: Many places in the world have permanently damaged natural ground water supplies, which deliver toxic levels of a particular element or toxic levels of many elements, which damages the mineral transport system of human systems.
For example; Bangladesh has incredibly high arsenic in the ground water and over 77 million people using it for bathing or cooking have irreversible heavy metal poisoning.
For example; Many locations in the world have natural ground water sources that are extremely high in fluoride to the point that can deliver incredible and certainly irreversible fluoride poisoning.
Beyond these introductory examples of ‘naturally’ toxic drinking water sources, mankind typically cleans potable water sources with chlorine or now more often, in the USA, chloramines. If we shower in, bath in, and ingest these chlorinated waters sources we lose our cellular iodine, which leads to metabolism failure, and need for robust iodine supplementation. This means that we MUST live close to a relatively clean, non-polluted saline bodies of water, to be capable to swim and rebalance our body’s mineral matrixes. Otherwise quarterly trips to an ocean front for swimming is required to rebalance cellular mineral levels and correctly re-saline the skin.
Finally: The sunshine factor. Let there be light! The winter equinox creates massive light and temperate changes in the polar regions while the sub-tropics and tropics stay relatively warm and very moist year round with large amounts of light. Simple as this, if you enjoy eating dark chocolate, oranges, lemon water and drinking fine espresso then research where those foods grow… and you should live there or at least close enough for a multi-day hike or paddle boat ride to access your gems. If one is incapable of growing the majority of the foods they prefer to eat (fruits, seafood, chocolate, coffee), then one needs to have the awareness and goal setting to change their location and DO IT NOW. As a particular point of energetic balance and wonder is the tropic of cancer at 23.5 degrees N.
Even though this discussion has been lengthy and diverse, I believe it has been enlightening and awareness building. Here are some summary points to assist your life and lifestyle:
If your land locked then start making a plan to get to the ocean as soon as you can. Take frequent trips to wonderful seaside locations and enjoy everything the planet has to offer.
If you live outside the sub-tropics then you will require an infrared sauna or an addiction to exercise (sauna highly recommended to avoid movement while detoxifying). You will also require immense detoxification work, which more often includes some degree of specific heavy metal chelation and long-term vitamin D supplementation.
If your ‘stuck’ inland and can’t afford to travel to coastal areas/sub-tropical zones then your going to need to get these books as permanent inland bibles to keep your body working while being in a region that does not support complex life:

Outside of these ‘If’ statements; we all need to work for ~600 days in advance of moving to a sub-tropical zone to remove enough the polyunsaturated fats out of our skin to be capable of exposing our skin to direct sunlight without sunblock. To have a strong Tree Trunk that can weather the storms of life stress and training we must have the proper balance of stability and mobility. We tend to think that if our back is in pain or hurts then that is the part that needs fixing. Rolling our back always feels good but might be a short-term fix to a chronic overload pattern in our body.
Try these Top 3 Travel Roller® Exercises for a Healthy Back:
- Start with the Roots, the FEET. Rolling your feet with Acupressure Balls is the first place to affect the superficial back line where a lot of tension is stored. Using the Travel Roller Acupressure Kit Balls start with the yellow softest ball and progress to the medium orange ball and then hardest red ball on the feet. Work through the arch of the foot, the heel and the toes. Create good compression and stretch on the toes and plantar flexion with some shin angle changes for 1-2 mins per foot. This can be done pre and post training anytime. By using this SMR technique we are effectively lengthening the “superficial back line” that runs up through the feet, calves, hamstrings and erector spine muscles and the back of the neck and head, according to Thomas Myers - Anatomy Trains. - Secondly, how much of your day is spent in a sitting or bent over position. If your tree is constantly hunched over not having straight up posture then it’s going to become imbalanced. Tightness is most dominant in the Hip Flexors, which influences the position of the hip, which results in lordosis and potential imbalance in the low back. Specifically the Rectis Femoris and the Psoas as predominant hip flexors are the focus of SMR care for a healthy back. Focusing your intension on unwinding the hip flexor and psoas as well as recruiting the pelvic floor, core and glutes are essential to create a long term consistent healthy back that can take the overload of life. By rolling out and unlocking the hip flexor we are affecting the superficial front line critical for anyone wanting a healthy back!
- Lastly the Adductors. The inner thighs can have a great impact on low back health and function. The focus of this influence on lower back health is the adductor magnus, which is the largest muscle in the inner thigh. It can be over compensated and tight due to a weak core and glutes and once its too tight and short can really affect pelvis position, and subsequently low back health. If you are wanting to squat, lunge, deadlift and jump higher you must unlock your adductors!
The best ways to unlock the adductors are by placing the Travel Roller on the inner thigh in a plank position on the ground with the leg out to the side with knee bent. Rocking side to side with small cross fiber movements. Also you can try sitting on a chair, bench or coffee table with your leg handing off the edge and apply gentle pressure into the adductor area. Awareness and beliefs
At some point, in some way, today, yesterday, tomorrow, forever, never..... oh well how about just NOW. There are moments in ones life when something turns a new leaf. It could be an actual change of season or a change of energy in the cosmos. Or it even could be a change in the number of years we have been living. Living on purpose and living for a reason is everything. Affording life, and affording time to love, and see the simple beauty of nature is IT.
Having someone to love and to give love in every action, word and moment is LIFE is BEING. Sharing happiness to oneself and to each other allows everything to BE naturally. There is only one time and flow of light, love, and peace. That time is NOW and every other fact or factor is really not existing at all. LOVE in action as simple as a properly stuck envelope or a personally written text message GIVE ENERGY to each other and keep it flowing. Its that FLOW of light and energy that delivers SUCCESS and peace to us all.
This natural pace and flow of life is simply IT, yet resisting the moment is resisting the universe and is resisting LOVE and Truth, love and TRUTH, truth and love. One's heart and gut knows the present, knows LOVE, knows, peace and truth. One's mind, ego, pain body thinks a wild tale based on past and future to spin webs of dis-ease, while the heart and soul want slow steady love. It is the patience quiet careful peaceful heartful kindful caring machine that wins. Winning is not found in over knowing or over thinking, just BEING present and giving the gift of presence gratitude and peace. The ocean knows truth in even h20, but so does the dirtiest tap water which your heart decides is pure.
Our consciousness and thought overcome all obstacles of the physical and transcend all factors that could sever our connection to source, god, goodness, peace, love, truth. It is in the moments of peace and connection when we find our source in a bowl soup made with LOVE, in a proper created fruit salad, or simply a puff of air that a tree gave to you. Just the same another person somewhere else is cleansing there body in a river of water that is less than pure, yet they are being purified, because they decide it so. Decision is it. Deciding what is true. Deciding who we are and where we fit. Deciding what we believe and how that helps or works for people. Realizing all old decision was made in haste or away from source does not help the next decision. The next decision is all we have. Make the next decision with source and with love and truth on your side. Believing in your mission, your purpose, your ability is all anyone has. Believing in an outcome or a chance or the truth or love is your choice. Believing in health and wealth and peace and happiness is your choice. Choosing to see the sunshine is your choice. Chosing or simply not chosing nets a change, a result because another choice will take you on another the moment to do not decide.
We each have a set belief structure that defines our day, life, and person. What can alter this belief structure? What can influence someone to the better or worse? One piece if focus. you chose positive focus or negative focus. Opportunity or lack, you chose. Every down market is an opportunity for an up market. Every mistake is a chance for new learning and large opportunities. What is right? Think about that and focus one's mind-eye-heart there and everything will heal, will become clear, will repair. Focus on what's wrong and it will become as you see it. Believe in positive and positive becomes your home. You attract what you ARE. You live in a home of what you ARE. Another piece is balance. Balanced sleeping. Balanced diet. Balanced thoughts. Balanced brain. One should be very steady and slow with changes to diet and lifestyle. Go slow, enjoy each bite, each meal, each better food choice. Radically searching for the truth is journey of no finish line as the answer is within one's own heart the whole time. We have people living off rice and vegetables, delivering more productivity than an army of overfed people. Simple choices of improvements, and simple improvements of choices net great results. Slow and steady always wins the race. Race to the race and you'll find yourself exhausted before the half way mark. A final point to consider is absolutes. A great plan wouldn't contain any absolutes. Why, well, simply nature doesn't operate off absolutes or extremes, everything is as it should be, just the way it wants to be. Make a life of absolute opinions and absolute opinions and happiness will be very hard to find. Happniess comes to those who just BE.
And where else can we find a an answer to truth and good work? Wear your helmets people. The brain is our most special place for good work. Protect your heads. If you see someone not wearing a helmet, stop them and get them a helmet. While saying that, if a man is sure he's good without one, so be it, he beliefs could be stronger than any helmet. Those television programs about hockey players and concussion are true, watch and stop people from injuring each other heads. If you see a sport that has a lot of head injury, do everything you can to support those coming out of that sport. If you see anger, impulsivity, or illogical actions - find intervention and step in their way. Those people are not listening to their hearts or their souls. The mind gets rattled and all sorts of chaos comes from that imbalanced brain chemistry. Even a single week, year, decade of an imbalanced brain can lead to all forms of psychosis and false beliefs, as well as self destructive actions not in alignment with nature and the path of right action. Step in to help those people find balance again before they lead themselves into a cage. Leaving a person to their his own devices with any level of brain impairment can result in wild changes to their long term relationship, financial and personal well being. Decisions made from a place of a brain imbalance can appear as sound beliefs within a world speaking of ease and pathes of least resistance. If someone is paddling upstream, help them, show them, intervene and give them the guidance to go with the flow. If not they may paddle so far up stream, they find themselves too far from home.
Compassionate Love and Gratitude
Finding inspiration inside... Again
Another step in the right direction starts with re-finding one's heart and spirit. I personally have been going through a very unusual change in my life, where all that I had 'thought' over the past years, has turned out to something not from my source. My source being my parents, the planet, god, energy or the true spirit which resides inside me.
There were many warnings and signs along the way from wise people giving me messages to alter my path, but of course, I knew better! Oh my, how far from the truth that I was. Admittedly, I am in a place where my heart and soul is just a flicker of light, as opposed to the strong flood lamp, that it once was, when I was playing with olympic lifts and Jiao Wu movements often. Not to suggest that the external movements that powered my life created the confidence and spiritual energy, but the deep happiness and positive energy I felt at those times is something that really was a key to my initial successes. It feels like I was swallowed up by a series of the decisions that definitely led to, externally productive outcomes, but somehow without the integrity that I had so intended from the beginning. Even the name of my business AIR Training System suddenly shifted from Ambition Integrity Results up until 2010 when I started writing this blog, then switching the name to Align Integrate Renew. That shift in around 2010 was in someway a shift away from spirit as I left so much of who I was behind during the results of some really challenging times. Now in 2013, with many years from that time, I have had a reawakening after I lost integrity on another level related to my discipline of character.
Simply seeing and feeling the truth of what powers the humans appears to be far more about mindset and the emotional state of the inner thoughts than any external mechanism. Weirdly enough, this common sense reality, has seemed to not been part of my paradigm or vision and therefore my mind was left to 'think' of what might be going on in me or someone else. My position or take on life up to this point had an incredible focus externally, on objects, achievements, and physical items as opposed to the actual thought or feeling that could instanteously create even more healing.
We are all mechanisms of our thoughts and our thoughts are mechanisms of our lives. As we shift from positive inner mechanisms of belief or as we simply believe in something new, that reality presents itself to us as truth. Its in this shifting truth that each person is presented with exactly what they believe to be true. Such an ironic truth as I reread all of my blog posts suggesting deep control coming from external systems onto infinitely intelligent life forms. It is so concerning to see the magnitude of the external focus on negative factors that might or may affect a person. Not listening to my source is largely part of this negative thinking cycle. Even as an example of moving to the ocean to find ions, has resulted in a radical shift toward source yet in a state which I would prefer to have avoided. I am not saying my opinions or ideas presented on the AIR Blog were entirely false, but I am certainly insurprise as to their negative stance on so many levels. I see many absolutes and many extremist vantage points which not only serve to create fear but come from fear or anger. The actual degree of influence of any of those blocking or location factors really would range in many ways depending on the strength of a persons beliefs being positive, wonderful, happy, affirming inner thoughts. A lot of the people live in absolute happiness with so little, and even with unmeasurable physical external less than perfect realities to their homes, beds, or food. I have interesting and diverse levels of awareness that so many people who watched or read the posts could see I was puzzling a puzzle of a thinker, and rather needed mechanisms of LOVE, FAITH and HOPE to find the healing I was so interested to share.
So where does all that health come from? Faith, abundance, compassion, humility and positive action through the power of being in spirit.
A recent conversation with an AIR client Curtis Dutchak, who lives in Taiwan, revealed that many of his coworkers on the organic farm where he works actually work 12-18hrs a day doing manual labor. This is something that is completely eye opening to me. There service to this work is not compensated by large sums of money but their happiness is so resounding that even Curtis is shocked with their level of consistent energy and action. Curtis has been managing 12hr days of hard work on the farm and has amazing energy. A remarkable truth of his happiness transcending his physical state of well being.
Another example of this type of inspirit person is Arysta. As you can tell from her blog posts she is an incredible positive thinking and dreaming machine who is constantly thinking about wonderful things that really heal. So magically she thinks, she prays, she sleeps soundly and delivers abundance and love to so many people who have received the Travel Rollers she has shipped.
I have recently and beautifully witnessed my own happiness come from a place more connected directly to my inner voice than any external mechanism. This awareness has not happened without an extreme situation to push me there, but rather a set of circumstances that had me seeing too many positives and dreams coming true being modified to altered to not provide the humility and security they were initially intended to provide.
We all have an amazing in-spirit // inspired state that can deliver unmatched strength courage and abundance. That state of source energy can often come from daily prayer and daily service to others. Serving and praying brings about resounding states of love and gratitude which give people energy and health.
These next steps are definitely filled with humility and grace... possibly for the first time as an ordinary man without any overt egoic overtones. I am graciously apologetic to anyone that I influenced or spoke to in ego, when such a strong spirit resides here.
What will be will be. Let it be.
Happiness is only one thought away
Living and learning has driven a deep ambition in me since I was born. That ambition has drove me to push my physical and mental limits beyond all measure. And today, is a day, that I simply share the simplicity of happiness, from a new reality that I discovered. As it is times like these, that we really need to see the bright side everyday and in every way. Happiness is simply a breath or thought away. No consequence of yesterdays news or tomorrows potentials. Simply BEING present gives one more health and energy than any other nutritive plant or food. One can search the world with a fine tooth comb looking for something that was simply a thought away. Always see the bright side in even the most torred learning experiences. You must put your thoughts before any other part of your healing 'supposed' lifestyle. You will directly attract the people, relationships, and outcomes matching to the quality and simplicity of your thoughts.
