Salt Lamps and Plants
This is a series of photos to show you instant solutions to combat Calgary's positive ion weather. This is our home that Arysta outfitted for us and shows you what it takes to make your house negative ion rich!

Large salt rock at the base of the bed near cracked open window (also visible is salt rock under night side table).

Arysta's night side table salt rock with beeswax candle.

Bedroom bamboo plants.

Dining room jade plant.

Kitchen Money tree.
Modern furnaces with electronic air cleaners. I take all the filters to the car wash for a good cleaning every 3 months.
All of these measures were directly related to Arysta's awareness feeling something missing in our home and each time we added a new 'friend', either rock or plant, we felt happy and healthier. I would highly recommend taking these measures if you live in any modern city that is not close to a ocean or major lake. Also if you live in one of the regions on the previous blogs that is unfortunately affected by positive ion winds than all of these measures will be essential to your well being. Always try to get out of the city to higher negative ion regions once a week a minimum.
