"My testimonial to Adam Wood and the A.I.R. training system: Due to years of training for Power lifting, and focusing on the main movements, squat, bench press, and dead lift, my core strength was very poor. This imbalance of strength led me to many back related problems, discomfort walking, extreme soreness first thing in the morning, and an in ability to finish some work outs. After two weeks of dedication to the A.I.R. system, I was able to function normally, walking for more than 5 minuets, back soreness was gone within minuets of awakening, and my training exploded. Thank you Adam! As retired empty nesters we had the time to focus on our fitness. Initially we hooked up with a gym treadmill and an Atkins diet regime. Yes we had results but five months in, the program became stale and we drifted from our progress. Then we met Adam Wood with his Jiao Wu fitness.
